pineapple INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 large slices of smoked ham (speck), 1 box of pineapple in syrup, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon mustard.

Wrap the slices of pineapple with ham.

Place in a baking dish and pour over the pineapple syrup mixed with honey and mustard.

Cover with the remaining slices of pineapple and cook in the oven for 15 minutes, turning once.
