Terrine of stockfish
Instructions
01082 stockfish BOWL INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 300 g of cod without salt, 3 eggs, 1 box of cream, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 courgette, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the courgette, pepper and onion into pieces and fried everything in a little oil.
Baccalà boiled for a few minutes, drain and break it into small pieces.
Blend salt cod with vegetables, eggs and cream just enough to get a mashed up, season with salt and pepper.
Butter a mold and pour in the mixture, Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, for 40 minutes.
Serve the baccalà Terrine with garlic/oil sauce, prepared with mayonnaise mixed with crushed garlic.
