Instructions

01095 SALMON PIE INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, 250 g of fresh salmon, 50 g butter, 4 eggs, 3 egg yolks, 3 onions, salt and pepper.

Saute chopped onions in a little butter, when browned remove from heat and stir the sliced salmon, two egg yolks and season with salt, pepper and mix well.

Roll out a sheet of puff pastry.

Place over the previously prepared and put the boiled egg one behind the other, cover with the other sheet.

Moisten edges and close well pressing slightly.

Decorate the surface with the tip of a knife and spread the egg on top, bake in the oven at medium temperature for about 20 minutes.
