Instructions

TIMBALES 01491 NOODLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of fresh noodles, smoked salmon 100 g, 200 g of Grilled Zucchini, fresh dill, fresh cream, peppercorns, salt, bread crumbs, extra virgin olive oil.

Cook the pasta in salted water and cook them al dente.

Dress in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of cream, fresh pepper to reel, abundant dill chopped, Zucchini cut into strips, add extra virgin olive oil and salmon strips.
