In a saucepan pour the water and milk: bring to a boil, add the rice and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Reduce your excess cooking liquid (the rice should not be completely dry), add two nuts of butter. Finish cooking, stirring gently, adding oil.

Meanwhile coarsely chopped cooked ham and Fontina Cheese. Add the rice and mix well.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt: mix it with rice and stir gently. Fill a buttered round mould with the rice and sprinkle with Parmesan. Press the rice with the back of a spoon and place some butter. Bake for about 20 minutes. Put on serving dish and serve.
