Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of ripe tomatoes coarsely chopped; 300 g cooked spinach, well drained; 1 pinch thyme; 2 cloves garlic; 3 dl of cream; 100 g fontina cheese diced sweet; 9 eggs; 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; nutmeg; salt and freshly ground white pepper; Mash the garlic cloves, put them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil; olive oil and lightly fry them for a few seconds in order to get them Brown; take them and throw them.

Add spinach, fry them fresh focus and let them cool.

Fry the remaining olive oil in a frying pan to the fire, along with the thyme; Add the tomatoes and let them boil until saràevaporata all their water, drain them and let them cool.

Take three bowls of 2 l.

Remove the Tin from the oven; pour the mixture with the fontina cheese on tomatoes that meanwhile will be rassodati and put the mould in the oven (15 minutes).

Pull it out, pour the spinach and place back in (20 minutes).

Everything is baked on a serving dish and serve hot timbale.
