Instructions

01060 LEEK and spinach FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 package of frozen spinach; 1 bunch of leeks.

half a litre of milk; 100 g butter; 40 g flour; 40 g breadcrumbs; 25 g of almonds; 25 g pine seeds; 25 g sultanas; 3 eggs; 50 g grated Parmesan; breadcrumbs; cinnamon powder; Salt; Boil the spinach as indicated on the package.

Drain and chop.

Soak in the warm milk, breadcrumbs, knead it with a wooden spoon.

Apart from browned meat with half the butter, leeks, cut into thin slices, add spinach and FRY for a few minutes over low heat.

Browned in butter flour, pour the milk with the shredded bread crumbs and Cook, stirring constantly for a few minutes then add the spinach and Leek mixture.

Let cool.

Once cool, add the beaten eggs, ground almonds, pine nuts, raisins (soaked) cheese and a pinch of cinnamon, salted.

Grease a round mold spolveratelo with breadcrumbs and pour in the mixture.

Cook, over low heat for 45 minutes.
