Instructions

01044 SALTED NUTS MOUSSE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of unsweetened whipped cream; 3 sheets of isinglass; 150 g Walnut kernels; 2 egg yolks; Star nut 1; 4 tablespoons of milk; 50 g grated Parmesan; salt and white pepper; Chop the walnuts and place the chopped obtained in a bowl.
