FILIPINO SALAD INGREDIENTS 02014 4 PERSONS 250 g of rice (patna or parboiler), 1 chicken breast, 1 package of frozen corn, 50 g almonds, 2 slices of pineapple, 1 Apple, 1 lettuce, olive oil extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. For the sauce: 8 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons cream, 2 tablespoons of cognac, orange juice. PROCEEDINGS Cook the rice in salted water, wash it under cold water and drain. Cook the corn as indicated on the package. Sauté in a little oil the insaporitelo chicken with salt and pepper, cut into small pieces. Stir the rice with the chicken, corn, slivered almonds and sliced lettuce, pineapple and Apple cut into pieces. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac, cream and orange juice, mix well and put a spoonful of salsa in the salad and the rest in the Pan aside.
