Tagliatelle with zucchini and mussels

03842 TAGLIATELLE with ZUCCHINI and mussels INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of egg noodles, 350 g of courgette, 800 g mussels, 100 g of onion, one shallot, oil, 100 g 500 g water, a sprig of parsley, basil, salt and pepper (s.q.) Open PROCESS steam mussels after they have been washed, accompanied by fixing a piece of parsley.
When you will open, remove the fruit and corservate two glasses of the cooking liquid.
Chop the parsley, onion, shallots and FRY in oil for a few minutes.
Cut the courgettes into strips place them together to mince add two glasses of water, fruit of mussels and cook for a few minutes to narrow the gravy.
Separately boil the noodles in salted water, seasoned with sauce and perfumed with fresh basil.
