Instructions

03499 GERMAN DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 400 g of gnocchi, 1 pack of gherkins (bittersweet) 2 scallions, 10 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

PROCEDURE cut the sliced gherkins and chop the onions.

Heat 100 ml.

(1/2 cup) of vinegar in the jar of gherkins and mix it with mayonnaise.

Cook the gnocchi in salted water, drain and mix with mayonnaise, cucumbers and chopped onion.

Serve immediately.
