Instructions

AU GRATIN INGREDIENTS for FETTUCINE 03781 4 PEOPLE 320 g pappardelle, 80 g of cooked ham in 1 slice 2 slices, from 20 g of bacon, 2 egg yolks, 1 onion, grated cheese 40 g, 40 g butter, 1 dl cream, salt.

PROCEDURE Peel the onion and finely affettatela; cut the ham into strips and diced bacon.

Beat the egg yolks with the cream and sprinkle the pretzels lightly.

Cook the lasagna in boiling salted water.

Put in a rectangular Pyrex baking dish with the butter and pass in the oven for 50 seconds at full power and a bowl.

Join the ham, bacon, onion, mixed and put in the oven for 2 minutes and 40 seconds in covered container and always at maximum power.

Drain pappardelle al dente and combining them with preparation of the oven, add the egg mixture and whipped cream and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Please add in the oven, uncovered, and vessel power equal to 80%, for 4 minutes.

Let stand for 2 minutes the pappardelle and serve.
