Bruschetta with chicken livers
Instructions
Clean the livers, wash them and divide them into four pieces each: place them in a bowl, cover and let them marinate for a whole night in the refrigerator.
Cut into cubes the slice of bread.
In a pan melt 50 g of butter and let Cook the livers for 5 minutes, stirring, then add a pinch of salt, a ground pepper and cognac.
Add bread cubes, the remaining butter, broth, lemon juice and crushed garlic and blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Put the pie in a bowl, cover it with foil and leave in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Bruscate the bread slices and spread over the Pate.
