In the same pan over low heat, with the same cooking, you blast the celery and chopped onions, and broccoli for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to change color. Scaldate200 ml water and prepare the broth with the nut. Add to the pan with the vegetables, broth, soy sauce, lemon zest and bring to the boil again. Add the meat and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until tender. Cook the noodles in salted water, then drain season quickly with the sauce and serve immediately. Tip: Use a skillet to high edge or a wok to blast the vegetables.
