Instructions

2_03523 NOODLES with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g tagliatelle, egg 3 tablespoons capers in brine, 3 2 Zucchini, carrots, an onion, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, one clove of garlic, a few tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Check the courgettes, wash them and cut them into strips.

Scrape the carrots and cut them in the same way.

Wash the onion, then finely chop the pulp finely together with the garlic, peeled.

Boil salted water and plunge the noodles.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the chopped, without doing it darken too.

Join the strips of vegetables.

Pour the tomato sauce and a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water.

Stir and add the capers, drained.

Cook for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.

You jump into the gravy noodles cooked al dente and finished with a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
