Zucchini soup with salmon

04725 ZUCCHINI SOUP with SALMON INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g Zucchini, onion, a potato, 100 g of smoked salmon, 1, 5 l water, 1/2 l of milk, salt, white pepper, two tablespoons of cornstarch, a nut for vegetable broth.
Chopped zucchini, onion and potato.
Fry the whole thing over medium heat before adding the water with loose nut.
When the potato is tender, mash with a potato masher.
Then everything passes through a strainer and boil again and add the cornstarch dissolved in a little milk.
Finally, add the finely chopped salmon, with white pepper.
Served hot.
