Ratatouille of vegetables with seitan

05407 RATATOUILLE VEGETABLES with SEITAN PERSONS 4 INGREDIENTS 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 4/5 asparagus, Zucchini, 4 2 slices of Seitan chopped, soy sauce, Sesame, 25 g salt.
PROCEDURE Cut the vegetables into small cubes and cook in vegetable broth, taking care to pour last vegetables to cook faster.
Aside from you blast in soy sauce the diced Seitan.
Drain vegetables and mix together with Seitan.
stir gently and serve with a sprinkle a spoonful of sesame.
