Instructions

05752 VEGETABLES AU GRATIN with CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of potatoes, leek, 4 2 carrots, 2 apples, a stick of celery, a pack of cream, 250 g of gorgonzola, olive oil, salt.

Cut apples into wedges, leeks into rings and chop carrots and celery.

FRY all vegetables in oil for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and FRY in oil, soft focus, fast.

When done, drain and previous preparation; savoury pies.

Heat the cream, add the chopped cheese and stir to melt it completely.

Put the vegetable mixture on a baking sheet, cover it with the cream cheese and gratinate in the oven for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
