Vegetable burgers

05787 VEGETABLE BURGER INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 tablespoons of butter, a large carrot, shredded 120 g mushrooms, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, satin 2 cloves garlic minced, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of raisins, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, 6 hamburger buns.
In a saucepan, sauté the onion in the butter for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes.
Dissolve the cornflour in a little water and add to the saucepan, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Put everything in a bowl and let cool.
Once cool, stir the mixture with the rest of the ingredients (raisins, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper), mixing well and let it sit for an hour.
Formed with the mixture of burgers and grill them in the oven 6 minutes per side.
Stuffed Sandwiches with burgers and serve with salad and fries.
