Instructions

05652 FANTASY of VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 700 g of potatoes, 300 g of fresh or frozen peas, 300 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms, 2 carrots, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 small piece of onion, 1 clove of garlic, butter, 30 g of oil, 20 g 700 g of water, salt and pepper.

Boil a pan of salted water with a pinch of salt.

Peel, wash the potatoes well and cut into pieces; scrape the carrots, cut into sticks and put all in a pan on the heat, bring to a boil and cooking ranges.

After cooking, drain the vegetables and keep them apart.

In a saucepan put the onion and garlic, minced, to Brown with the oil and butter; Add the mushrooms, clean tomatoes from seeds and cut into pieces, salt and pepper.

Add the parsley and peas, stir gently with a wooden spoon and cook for 15 minutes.

After baking, bake the boiled vegetables in saucepan and stir gently; Add salt and let flavour for a few minutes, well covered, before serving.
