Veal slices with onions

06761 VEAL SLICES with ONIONS 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 4 slices of veal of about 100 g each, flour, oil for frying, 2 onions Blondes, 30 g of olive oil, 3 cl red wine vinegar, a spoon full of sugar, 1/2 glass of red wine, salt, pepper. Preparation time: 1 hour and 20 minute PROCEDURE Peel the onions and thinly thickly. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, stirring every so often. Squirt with vinegar, wine and a glass of water, add sugar and a little salt, lower the heat and simmer for about an hour. Meanwhile, flour the meat slices and FRY in hot oil for about 5/6 minutes. Then soak them on a sheet of absorbent paper. Taste the onions and correct seasoning. Put the slices of meat in a pan with the onions and let heat for a couple of minutes, brought to the table. You can serve this dish with salad.
