2_06136 BURGER with cheese and ANCHOVIES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 hamburgers from 150 g each, 4 cheese slices, 4 anchovy fillets, salsa, ketchup, olive oil Heat very well a pan greased with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Bake the hamburger 3 4 minutes per side (if you want them very cooked, extend cooking time 2 minutes).
Add salt and pepper.
Place each Burger on a sottiletta.
Complete with anchovy fillets and a teaspoon of ketchup sauce.
Put the cover and melt the cheese 1 minute and serve hot.
