Hamburger with mustard and onion

2_06139 BURGER with mustard and ONION 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 4 burgers, 1 white onion, 2 tablespoons spicy mustard, olive oil, salt.
Cook burgers 4 ina oil greased pan for 3 minutes per side.
Peel the onion, rinse it, dry it.
Cut into very thin slices, then into rings.
FRY 1 minute rings 2 tablespoons olive oil, drain them with slotted spoon to paper towels.
Diluted in cooking oil, turn off the heat, spicy mustard.
