Lamb chops with cannellini beans

2_06319 Lamb Chops with BEANS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of canned white beans (drained net weight), a tablespoon of chopped fresh Sage, one teaspoon of powdered Sage, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 12 lamb chops, 40 g breadcrumbs, a spoonful of thyme, saltPepper Preheat oven to 220° and oiled a baking plate.
Heat the beans and their liquid in a saucepan, bring to a boil and then drain them.
Place in a salad bowl with 2 tablespoons oil, fresh Sage, peeled and crushed garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir and let cool.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the rest of the olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and fried the chops.
Place them on the plate, bake and cook until completely cooked.
Distribute them in dishes with warm beans and serve immediately.
