Mackerel in tomato sauce with vegetables

07883 MACKEREL IN TOMATO SAUCE with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg fillets of mackerel, 800 g of potatoes, 200 g of tomatoes, 1 pepper, 80 g of olive oil, 100 g water, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g onion, salt, pepper.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes; cut into strips the peppers.
FRY in oil garlic and chilli for 3 minutes, then add the tomatoes, cut into large chunks, potatoes, pepper, water and salt.
Grease with a little oil in the Pan and lay the fish fillets, then simmer for 15 minutes.
When cooked, place the fish on a serving dish and season with vegetable sauce.
Serve immediately.
