Salmon in lemon parsley sauce

2_07227 SALMON IN LEMON and parsley SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 slices of salmon, a bit of butter, a nut for fish broth, juice of 4 lemons, finely chopped onion, one tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt.
In a nonstick saucepan, Brown the salmon on both sides in a bit of butter.
Once ready, hold aside and, in the same saucepan, sauté the onion, after a few minutes add the lemon juice with cornstarch and sugar dissolved in a glass of water.
Combined the dice and stir until it reaches the desired consistency.
Add the chopped parsley to the sauce and add salt.
Add now the salmon slices and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
