Instructions

2_07333 BAKED SARDINES with tomato PESTO SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 2 sardines 6 ripe tomatoes 3 tablespoons pesto, already prepared, 200 ml milk, one tablespoon of flour, a tablespoon of butter, salt, pepper, a sprinkling of nutmeg, flour, an egg, breadcrumbs, oil, oregano.

Melt the butter in a small frying pan, add the flour and stir continuously.

Add the milk gradually, stirring so it doesn't form lumps and let simmer very gently for about 10 minutes.
