Instructions
BAKED SALMON 07905 BAKED SALMON for 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 1 salmon fillet approximately 1 kg, 70 g butter, 1 glass of cider (replaceable with white wine), 2 dl cooking cream, salt, pepper, parsley.
Grease a large sheet of aluminum foil.
Let the salmon skin but make sure there are no scales.
Remove with tweezers or with the fingertips of the spines running along the center of the entire thread.
Place the fish fillet in the center of the sheet with the skin underneath, sealed both ends of foil but let all the top open for now.
Spread the remaining butter to tassels on the fish.
Pour the cream and cider in the foil and sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper, chopped parsley.
Now also sealed the top of foil.
Cook in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Transfer the fish to a serving dish and, if necessary, do slightly reduce the sauce in a saucepan over low heat for a few minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and peas in butter.
