Salad with anchovy sauce
Instructions
08017 SALAD with ANCHOVY SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 2 lettuce, red tomatoes and fleshy, 1 green pepper, black olives.
For the sauce: 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 red tomatoes, 1 tin of anchovies in oil, a clove of garlic, salt.
Separate PROCESS the leaves of lettuce, cut into slices tomatoes and green peppers into thin slices.
Mixed with olive oil and sprinkled with the sauce.
Sauce: Puree anchovy fillets with the garlic, the flesh of the tomatoes and mayonnaise, enough to get a fine puree, savoury pies.
