08126 LEEK SALAD and HAM INGREDIENTS 6 PEOPLE 4 leeks, 1 slice of ham 150 g baked, pickled gherkins, 6 5 tablespoons mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE cut the leeks to very fine discs, ham and sliced gherkins.
Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise and a bit of vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
