Instructions

BACCALA SALAD 08214 ' MARINATED IN olive oil and LEMON and CHIVES 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 300 g fillet of cod, 1 glass of extra olive oil, juice of two irgin lemons, 10 strands of chives, a handful of boiled beans, 1 bunch of Arugula, black pepper.

Desalination PROCESS under running water the cod fillet for 48 hours.

After having it drained and dried well, cut into very thin slices.

Arrange the slices in a baking dish, cover with a sauce made with oil, lemon juice, minced pepper and two halves of finely chopped chives.

Let marinate for 24 hours.

Serve on individual plates, decorated with beans, Arugula Salad and a sprinkling of finely chopped chives.
