Salad with tofunelle

Brush the carrots and wash them with the salad.
Dry well the soncino in the centrifuge and place it in a bowl.
Add the carrots, grated, you tofunelle and cut into slices.
Prepare a sauce with mustard, Apple Cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and oil; pour on salad, stir and serve immediately.
