Fennel and orange salad

Cut them lengthwise and slice thinly.
In a bowl to marinate for a few minutes the fennel with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Meanwhile Peel the oranges to vivo, cutting the fruit into wedges; do this over a bowl to catch the juice that comes out.
Serve the flakes with orange segments lying on top and drizzle with orange juice emulsified with oil in the marinade of flakes.
