Instructions

FANCY to PINE NUTS INGREDIENTS 08322 4 PEOPLE 1 heart of Romaine lettuce, 1 Green Apple, 1 bunch watercress, 1 bunch of radishes, 60 g of pine nuts, 4 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Preparation: 15 minutes minimum PROCEDURE: Wash apples thoroughly, dry it, then with the special tool, remove the core and cut into small cubes without peeling of medium size.

Clean the lettuce, eliminating any damaged parts, and dividetene the leaves.

Wash them well under cold running water spray, dry and cut into thin strips.

Clean watercress, then separatene the leaves, leaving many smaller ones and dismembering others.

Wash, dry and cut into segments rather thin the radishes.

Gather the ingredients prepared in a salad bowl, seasoned with olive oil, two tablespoons of lemon juice filtered, salt and pepper.

End your preparation with pine nuts and serve immediately.
