Tandoori chicken skewers with rice

09722 TAND00RI CHICKEN SKEWERS with RICE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg chicken breast, 2 Bulgarian yogurt, juice of 1 lemon, 4 tablespoons of powder tand00ri, 300 g rice, 1 die, 1 sachet of Saffron, 1 large red pepper, 25 g butter, salt, pepper.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes of 5 cm; mix the yogurt, lemon juice and dust tand00ri.
Pour the chicken and salsa in a large bowl and turns well.
Put the chicken cubes on skewers and keep them aside on a plate, moisten with the remaining marinade, cover the dish with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 210° Place the skewers on the grill of the oven and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Cook the rice for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, adding nut and saffron.
Peeled, cleaned and cut into the flesh of the pepper into pieces.
Drain the rice, pour it in a bowl with the butter and red pepper pieces and mix well.
Spread the rice on individual dishes and lean a skewer over.
Serve very hot.
