Instructions

09421 PARTRIDGES with BROCCOLI BRUSSELS SPROUTS INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 2 partridges, 250 g of broccoli, Brussels, 150 g of bacon, 150 g of butter, 1 cup of white wine, 8 triangles of bread, salt.

PREPARATION TIME.

30 minutes cooking time.
