Golden lamb
Instructions
Beat the chops evenly and immerse them in beaten eggs, then carefully impanarle.
Brown them in a pan with olive oil, a little butter and some Sage leaf over a low heat for about 5 minutes on each side, so that the meat is blonde.
Salt and pepper just before serving well-heated.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of the lamb chops
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- Little of butter (or margarine)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Some leaves of sage
