Calzone in puglia (calzone alla pugliese)
Instructions
10060 CALZONE to PUGLIESE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 pack of two pizza dough frozen rolls, olive oil, tomatoes, 150 g 100 g of mozzarella, prosciutto, pecorino cheese.
Let thaw the Pack; Grease a baking Tin with oil and foderatela with one of the pastry sheets thinned with a rolling pin.
Put on a layer of paste tomatoes cut into fillets, then the slices of mozzarella, chopped ham and grated pecorino cheese.
Cover everything with the remaining paste, soldering the edges with the one below.
Cook the calzone to 230ø.
for 25-30 minutes.
Serve in baking dish.
