Instructions

10451 QUICHES with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 300 g of pasta BRISA 700 g of mixed vegetables (green beans, Zucchini, carrots, leeks), 125 g cream, 125 g of milk, 2 eggs, 1 knob of butter, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Clean the vegetables, cut into strips the carrots, courgettes and leeks, divide the beans into pieces.

Cook vegetables separately for 2/3 minutes in salted boiling water, drain on a cloth and let them cool.

Roll out the pastry on a sheet with a thickness of 3 mm; 6 lightly buttered ramekins lined with a diameter of about 10 cm, stamped with the prongs of a fork and put on top of the vegetables.

In a bowl beat together the eggs with a fork, cream, milk, a pinch of salt and pepper and pour the mixture into the ramekins, over vegetables.

Cook small Quiche in the oven at 180° for 25.

30 minutes.
