00301 TARTINE STRIPPED INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 slices of bread, 3 tablespoons butter, 4-6 slices of smoked trout, 3 tablespoons olive paste, 8 strands of chives, 1 slice of red pepper in vinegar, salt and pepper.
