Instructions

15453 WAFFLES with CUMIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g butter + one for the plate, 4 eggs, 250 g flour, 1/2 sachet of yeast, 50 cl of whole milk, 1/2 cucchiaiino of crushed cumin seeds, 1/2 cucchiaiino chopped cumin, salt and pepper 3 eggs Break and separate the yolks from the whites.

In a saucepan melt the butter over low heat.

In a bowl place the flour sifted with baking powder.

Make a recess in the Center and add the whole egg, egg yolks, salt and pepper.

With a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients starting from the Centre, by diluting the mixture with the spilled milk.

Add the melted butter, the chopped cumin and peppercorns and mix the ingredients, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour at room temperature.

After this time, whip the egg whites until foamy firmly with a pinch of salt.

With vertical movements of a fork, blend the mixture.

Grease the plate for waffles (gaufrier) heat the wax and pour the batter wire wire evenly distributes it.

Waffles should be fluffy and browned on both sides.

Mano a Mano which are ready, remove them and put them on a grid by pastry chef.

Accompanied these waffles with a salad of grated carrots with smoked trout or ham topped with a vinaigrette.
