Ginger ice cream with currant sauce
Instructions
17849 GINGER ICE CREAM with CURRANT SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 6 egg yolks, 250 g sugar, 500 g 500 g of milk cream, 1 tablespoon of ginger powder, 1/2 sachet of vanilla.
For the sauce: 300 g of currants, 100 g icing sugar, 1 egg white.
United PROCESS the yolks and sugar, add the milk, cream and vanilla, mix well and cook for about 20 minutes.
Add ginger.
Pour into a container of tinfoil, wide and low and put the whole thing in the freezer.
Prepare the sauce: put in a blender the well washed and grainy and the icing sugar, blend for about 2 minutes, add the egg and continue mixing for 5 minutes, until it has taken a good consistency.
Before serving cut the frozen ice cubes and stir well.
Serve immediately in bowls, garnished with the cream of black currant.
