Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of mapo (6), 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 140 g sugar, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons Creme Fraiche.

For garnish: raspberries, 1cestino 100 g of fresh whipped cream.

Merged PROCEEDING the mapo juice, eggs, sugar, blend and cook for about 3 minutes; Add the dissolved cornstarch with half a glass of water.

When the cream thickens slightly stir the cream.

Pour the cream in 4 heat resistant cups, cover with aluminum foil and place them in the basket for steaming.

When the water boils, place the basket and cook for about 30 minutes.

After baking let cool cups and then put them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Decorate the cremini with raspberries and serve with fresh whipped cream.
