Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 cups whipping cream, 100 g sugar, 5 sheets of gelatin, 1 small glass of coffee also soluble, 2 tablespoons of cognac, sugar to caramelize the mold.

Put the cream and sugar in a saucepan on the heat and, when hot, add the gelatin sheets, first passed under cold water.

Let simmer, stirring constantly, until gelatin has dissolved all; Add the coffee and cognac.

Mix well, passed through a sieve, through a thick mesh colander, and pour the caramel into a mould.

Let it stand in the refrigerator until it will be solidified (5-6 hours at least).
