Yoghurt ice cream with strawberries
Instructions
2_17229 YOGHURT STRAWBERRY with ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of strawberries, 75 g peeled walnuts, 2 bananas, 2 natural creamy yogurt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Put in a blender 200 g of strawberries, a banana and a tablespoon of sugar and blend until a smooth puree.
Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces and the other banana, sprinkle with another tablespoon of yogurt and mix with sugar, lightly fitted.
Fill 4 tall dessert cups, alternating fruit with yogurt, mashed strawberries and bananas and sprinkle with chopped nuts (keep aside some whole for garnish).
Finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and walnuts held aside.
