Instructions

2_17128 FILLED with LEMON SORBET with BERRIES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 5 large lemons, 200 g sugar in cubes, 250 g of berries, an egg, a tablespoon of icing sugar.

Wash the lemons by wiping them under lukewarm water; dry and rub the sugar cubes on a lemon, for the good of their aroma permeating them and collect half of his juice.

In a pan melt, moderate focus, the sugar cubes in lemon juice with 10 cl of water.

Fill with this mixture the lemon peel with the help of a spoon, pressing and forming a dune that exceed 2 cm of the Peel; stir and lean over the CAP missing.

Preserved lemons in freezer, in a special container until serving.
