Cake with Zabaglione
Instructions
Cut into slices the panettone.
Beat with the whisk the egg yolks with sugar, directly in a copper saucepan, until obtaining a homogeneous cream and pretty frothy.
Add the marsala, and then put the Bain-Marie casserole and Cook, beating constantly until the right density will assume the zabaglione.
Pour over slices of panettone. Serve immediately because the zabaglione tends to disassemble with ease.

- 1 cake
- 4 egg yolks
- 125 g icing sugar
- 2 dl of dry marsala wine
