Instructions

18108 Orange CAKE INGREDIENTS 8 PEOPLE 240 g flour, 4 eggs, 120 g sugar, 100 g of margarine, 1 sachet of yeast, the juice of an orange.

To decorate: 3 oranges, a few grape, 3 tablespoons of powdered gelatin.

PROCEDURE Mount the margarine with the sugar, add the egg yolks and cream mounted.

Add the flour dropped to rain by a sieve and stir vigorously.

Stirring constantly, add the orange juice and baking powder.

When all the ingredients are well machined whip the egg whites until foamy and add them to the mixture.

Grease a pan with a diameter of 28 cm tall and pour in the mixture, place in the oven already warm (170°) for 40 minutes.

When cooked remove from the mold and allow it to cool.

For decoration: put in a saucepan the juice from two oranges, add 1 tablespoon of water, 5 tablespoons of gelatine, stir and place over heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Boil two or three minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

Cut the remaining Orange, washed, sliced before that you will have on the cake, alternating with grapes cut in half.

Brush the fruit and the edge of the cake with the syrup that you have prepared.
