Instructions

18132 LEMON TART INGREDIENTS 8 PEOPLE 240 g flour, 4 eggs, 120 g sugar, 100 g of margarine, 1 sachet of yeast, lemon juice.

To decorate: 3 lemons, some grape, 3 teaspoons of powdered gelatin.

PROCEDURE Mount the margarine with the sugar.

Add the egg yolks (egg whites keep them apart) and mounted to foamy cream.

Add the flour dropped to rain by a sieve and stir vigorously.

Stirring constantly, add the orange juice and baking powder.

When all the ingredients are well processed, whip the egg whites until foamy and firmly joined to the mixture.

Grease a pan with a diameter of 28 cm tall and pour in the mixture, place in the oven already warm (170°) for 40 minutes.

When cooked, remove from the mold and allow it to cool.

For decoration: put in a saucepan the juice of two lemons, add 1 tablespoon of water, 5 teaspoons powdered gelatine, stir and place over heat and stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

Boil two or three minutes, then remove from heat and let the syrup cool.

Wash the remaining lemon, cut it into slices which have on the cake.
