Marbled dessert
Instructions
MARBLED CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 18225 PEOPLE 150 g dark chocolate, 200 g sugar, 150 g flour, 150 g butter, 3 eggs, 1 sachet of baking powder.
Working PROCESS the egg yolks with sugar, add 100 g of melted butter, sifted flour and baking powder and stir well.
Combine the egg whites and then divide the mixture into two parts.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate pieces, with the rest of the butter, stir well with a half of mixture.
Pour the two sides into a floured so that combine the two colors.
Bake the cake in the oven at medium temperature for about 40 minutes.
